CHARITY WORK
A Personal Trainer with a big heart, Clarke is involved in a number of charitable initiatives. A former member of West Palm Beach Police Chief Frank Adderley’s Community Advisory Board, which aims to build a positive relationship between the community and law enforcement, Clarke believes in local outreach programs to effect change.
He has personally spearheaded three Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaways in the heart of a predominately low-income black community in West Palm Beach and regularly volunteers at a number of local outreach initiatives.
Clarke is also the recipient of several awards and commendations from Books4Kids Jamaica and the Jamaica Red Cross for his sponsorship and volunteer work.

2015 Books4Kids Jamaica Online Charity Auction
As an annual sponsor of the Books4Kids Jamaica Online Charity Auction, Clarke appeared in the promotional TV broadcast in Malta, Europe. The 2015 Online Charity Auction generated over US$65,000 towards the distribution of books and educational materials to Jamaican children for the 2015/ 2016 school year.

Shown in cinemas across Jamaica, Clarke appears in the Books4Kids Jamaica 2014 Online Charity Auction commercial. As a sponsor of the fundraiser, Clarke helped raise more than US$32k towards the 2014 book distribution.

2014 Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer, Istanbul, Turkey
Clarke visited the children at the Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer (KAÇUV) in Istanbul, Turkey, during his 2014 trip to Europe. KAÇUV’s primary mission is to help pediatric cancer patients recover to become psychologically, socially and physically self-confident individuals. Clarke brought gift from Jamaica to provide encouragement to the children, who were thrilled with his visit. 2014 Serving Christmas Dinner in Canterbury, Jamaica
Clarke volunteered for community service at a local infirmary for the elderly in Canterbury, serving food, Christmas cake and handing out gifts to the residents.

Clarke is a proud sponsor of The Palmyra Foundation’s annual book drive. Making a child smile on the first day of the 2013 Books4Kids Jamaica Book Distribution at Montego Bay Infant School September 2013, which donated books to more than 5,700 children across Jamaica.

2013 Books4Kids Jamaica Fundraiser
With American actor and comedian Anthony Anderson and CVM TV host Paula Kerr-Jarrett at the celebrity studded “Live Auction Party” in Montego Bay, March 2013. 2012 & 2014 CUMI Come Run Charity Race
Clarke participated with an international client in the 2012 CUMI Come Run Charity Race, helping to raise money for the upliftment of the mentally ill.
2012 Palmyra Foundation Book Distribution
A 3 year Palmyra Foundation sponsor, Clarke spent two weeks volunteering for the charity’s 2012 book distribution of bookbags to 5,750 Kindergarten school children in Jamaica.

Charity Fashion Show “Escape to Luxury Couture” at Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall
Dubbed ‘Escape to Luxury Couture’, the luxurious annual fashion show saw local and international designers showcasing their 2012 collection on the runway in the name of charity. All proceeds from the event went to the SOS Children’s Village in Barrett Town, Rose Hall, Jamaica.
Featured as a male designer wear model in the Ritz-Carton event for the second year running, Clarke showed off designer clothing by DNQUE Couture at the December 2011 event to help raise money for the SOS Village.

In December 2011, the models from the annual Ritz-Carlton Charity Fashion Show visited the SOS Children’s Village in Barrett Town, Jamaica, to experience first-hand who the charity event would benefit.
Said Clarke; “I am glad we were able to make a difference in these children’s life and give hope by raising money at the Ritz-Carlton fashion show.”
2011 Palmyra Foundation Book Distribution
A community role model, Clarke volunteered for the 2011 book distribution to 3,216 four and five year old children, helping to give hope of success to children growing up under challenging circumstances. Clarke appears in a TV broadcast from the morning show “Smile Jamaica” on TVJ Jamaica, featuring The Palmyra Foundation 2011 Book Distribution.

CPR Training Gets a Boost – Annie dolls to Red Cross MoBay
The initiative was spearheaded by corporate and celebrity personal trainer in Jamaica, Christopher Clarke, who had discovered the need by chance. “Actually what I was doing was re-certifying for CPR and I noticed that the items they were using were deplorable so what I did… I contacted a few people and then the Jamaican women of Washington, they finally took the steps to donate these items to the Red Cross,” Clarke said in an interview after the presentation.
